COVID-19 Test Results.

COVID-19 negative test results continue to be relayed by Alberta Health Services. In order to obtain your test results you can open an account and register through the MyHealth.Alberta.ca. website to obtain your results and obtain your vaccination and other records.

Patients may also choose to book the next available telephone appointment, if they wish to discuss and obtain results from their physician. Call the clinic at 403-556-7130 to book a telephone visit.

Take care, be safe, make sure to be vaccinated against COVID-19, and obtain the booster when it is appropriate to do so. Remember to continue to wear your mask, continue to wash your hands and social distance. Together we are working through a global pandemic, and everything that we can do to ensure a safer society for each of us to continue to live, work, and play is important.

Closed on Remembrance Day – November 11th.

The Wild Rose Medical Centre will be closed on Thursday November 11th to pay tribute to our veterans, and service personnel. A day and time to remember the fallen, to remember those who have sacrificed so much, and to remember those who continue to to serve our country to give us the freedom and peace we enjoy now today.

Make time to pay tribute, wear a poppy and remember.

Thank you for giving the ultimate gift for all of us.

The Wild Rose Medical Centre will re-open on Friday November 12th with regular business hours and services.

Dr. Lee off on her maternity leave.

The Wild Rose Medical Centre wishes Dr. Lee the very best as she anticipates the birth of a little one, soon to come later this year. If you are a patient of Dr. Lee your medical Care needs will be looked after by the other physicians at the clinic. As we hear more news we will share as we wait to hear if it is a boy or little girl! All the best!

Happy Thanksgiving on October 11th!

The Wild Rose Medical Centre will be closed on Monday October 11th for us to be home with our families. Enjoy the time to appreciate the good we have in our lives, especially during these stressful times. Together we will move through the global pandemic.

If you are in need of medical care please call 811, or visit the Olds General Hospital and Care Centre.

The Wild Rose Medical Centre will reopen for normal business on Tuesday October 12th.

National Truth and Reconciliation Day

The Wild Rose Medical Centre commemorates September 30th as National Truth and Reconciliation Day in honour of survivors, their families and communities.

We hope that you will join us, and others in reflecting on the history and legacy of residential schools in Canada, and what you can do to achieve mutually respectful relationships between Indigenous and Non-indigenous peoples.

Call early in the morning after 7:45 a.m. to book an appointment, 403-556-7130.

Remember that there are a limited number of SAME DAY appointments set aside each day, so call early to secure one.

Masks are required in all public indoor spaces as of Saturday.

As of Saturday September 4th all indoor public spaces throughout the Province of Alberta will require masking of patrons.

COVID numbers are climbing at an alarming rate, in Olds and across our Province.

All patients aged 2 and over will continue to be required to wear a MASK when visiting our clinic.

We must do what we can to keep ourselves, families and community stay healthy and safe.

Get vaccinated, Wear a mask, Wash your hands and maintain Social Distancing.

At Wild Rose Medical Centre MASKS are MANDITORY.

Yes, there are once again growing numbers of active cases of COVID19 in our community. Masks help to keep us all safe and healthy. Our staff are diligent about making sure that you are prepared in advance of your medical appointment with us by reminding you at the time of your appointment booking. Be sure to wear your mask in the clinic, and keep it on until your departure from the clinic.

We will continue to keep you updated with current Covid19 policy and procedures as we receive them.

So, stay safe, practice social distancing, wash your hands frequently, wear a mask and get a Covid19 vaccine.
