Remember that there are a limited number of SAME DAY appointments set aside each day, so call early to secure one.

As of Saturday September 4th all indoor public spaces throughout the Province of Alberta will require masking of patrons.

COVID numbers are climbing at an alarming rate, in Olds and across our Province.

All patients aged 2 and over will continue to be required to wear a MASK when visiting our clinic.

We must do what we can to keep ourselves, families and community stay healthy and safe.

Get vaccinated, Wear a mask, Wash your hands and maintain Social Distancing.

At Wild Rose Medical Centre MASKS are MANDITORY.

Yes, there are once again growing numbers of active cases of COVID19 in our community. Masks help to keep us all safe and healthy. Our staff are diligent about making sure that you are prepared in advance of your medical appointment with us by reminding you at the time of your appointment booking. Be sure to wear your mask in the clinic, and keep it on until your departure from the clinic.

We will continue to keep you updated with current Covid19 policy and procedures as we receive them.

With the onset of a global pandemic the Wild Rose Medical Centre needed to pivot to ensure that all patients and staff are prescreened for COVID symptoms prior to entering the facility. Walk In services are no longer offered as a result of this change. HOWEVER, we do offer SAME Day appointments by PHONING first to schedule a time which works for you. Call the clinic at 403-556-7130. Phones are answered starting at 7:45 Monday through Friday.

Help us by not walking in to the clinic without an appointment, and wear your mask in our business. We will continue to require staff and patients to wear masks while attending your appointment. If you are unable to wear a mask, phone us to discuss other ways for us to meet your medical needs.

The COVID global pandemic is not over, and we are diligent in keeping patients, staff and physicians safe during these unprecedented times.

The Wild Rose Medical Centre will no longer provide services to Walk In patients. Phoning the clinic, and making an appointment provides us with the opportunity to screen patients for Covid symptoms and takes the stress out of lining up for Walk in services.

The Wild Rose Medical Centre located in Olds, Alberta is seeking a .8 to a 1.0 FTE Screening Coordinator who will work collaboratively with the Peaks to Prairies Primary Care Network to provide a program for Screening, INR Management and Panel Management of patients.

Computer skills are necessary and familiarity with an Electronic Medical Record an asset.  Holding a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse designation is an asset.
