Month: September 2023

In the spirit of reconciliation, we acknowledge that we practice medicine on the traditional territories of the Blackfoot Confederacy, Siksika, Kainai, Piikani, Tsut’ina, the Stoney Nakoda Nations, the Metis Nation Region 3, and all people who make their homes in the Treaty 7 region.

We commemorate September 30th as a National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. In honour of survivors, their families and communities, we hope you will join us in reflecting on the history and legacy of residential schools in Canada, and consider what you can do to achieve mutually respectful relationships between Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples.

The Wild Rose Medical Centre will be OPEN on Monday October 2nd to provide medical services to our patients and community.

The night’s are cooler now, the fall colours are upon us, and we are ready for the new season of opportunity!

Seize the day, try something new and be the person you want to be!

The Wild Rose Medical Centre is honoured to be included in the Olds High School Awards evening this Friday September 15.

Each year the Wild Rose Medical Centre sponors an academic award for excellence in Grade 12 science.

Congratulations to this year’s recipient!
